SHIPPING POLICY DETAILS

Shipping cost:  

We offer free shipping on all USA orders. You may choose to purchase faster shipping ranging from 3-Day to Next Day Delivery at checkout.

Shipment Times:  

All orders placed before 2pm CST ship out same day, Monday thru Friday..  Orders placed after 2pm ship the following business day.  

Free Shipment Delivery Times:  

Our free shipping option is delivered via USPS, or FedEx, and takes anywhere from 3-5 business days. Orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in IL.   

Discreet Packaging:

Yes, for your privacy, all packages are shipped in unmarked brown or standard USPS boxes. There will be no mention of Dollar Head Shop on your package.

Items Damaged During Shipment:

In the unlikely event you receive a damaged or defective item, DHS will replace it at no cost. Simply notify our support team within 48 hours of delivery with an order number and a few photos of the packaging and damaged item(s). We'll take care of the rest.

Please don't throw anything away until you speak with a rep! In the event you're asked to ship a package back, we can provide a prepaid return shipping label. Please see our return policy for more information.

PO Box Deliveries

Yes, we can ship to PO Boxes via USPS. If you'd like to ship your order to a PO Box, please do not select FedEx as your shipping carrier, as they are unable to deliver to a PO .
